• The franchise fee is $40,000 for a 10-year term with an option to renew.
• The royalty fee is 6%.
• The advertising fee is 2%.
• Your initial investment will vary by geographic region and shop size but is estimated to range between approximately $274,699 to $527,199. This includes all costs to open an Aqua-Tots — the franchise fees, the real estate and build-out costs, and operating expenses for the first 3 months.
• Territory – You will receive an exclusive territory (“Protected Territory”) with a minimum radius of three miles, as determined by boundary streets, highways, counties or zip codes.
• Aqua-Tots comprehensive Owner’s Manuals cover all aspects of developing, owning, training and operating your own Aqua-Tots Swim School.
• Aqua-Tots Employee Handbook will guide your employees through the Aqua-Tots employment experience and covers all aspects of how to service your clients.
• Aqua-Tots University Training program will educate you on how to operate your swim school. All instructors have significant experience in swim instruction. You will spend time training in an operating Aqua-Tots Swim School.
• Aqua-Tots Proprietary POS System (Class Manager) allows for an accurate client database, appointment bookings, email, class scheduling and reporting. In fact, you can access reports for your swim school at any time and from any computer with broadband internet capabilities.
• Aqua-Tots corporate staff and vendor partners stand ready and able to assist you in every way possible.
